Crazy times!!

So recently things have been a bit different.. I recently found out I'm pregnant, now about 13 weeks, I'm due April 20th, 2010. I have a few complications though, which have made this a bit hard for me. My first pregnancy was relatively uneventful, towards the end I had pain in my leg, from the veins. I went to a vascular surgeon a few months back, who diagnosed me with May-Thurner syndrome. I had a stent placed in my left iliac vein in June, and found out I was pregnant about a month ago. I went in for a ultrasound on my stent and go figure I have a clot in there... they immediately started me on lovenox shots twice a day. Theyre blood thinners I inject myself into my stomach... they hurt pretty bad sometimes. I also have to wear these compression stockings everyday, which stinks but Im getting used to it now. I am a bit nervous for the delivery, they say they'll have to switch me to heprin 10 days before delivery because it can be reversed if I have a bleed. It's very scary for me, I've never really had any medical problems before so it's a bit of a shock to have some so serious. When I have this baby, I plan to get my tubes tied, I don't want to risk so much again, 2 children will be fine with me. :)

On other less scary news, we're moving. We got a house on Fort Campbell, I'm very excited. I will be very close to the hospital and all the stores and resources on base will be in walking distance. It's going to be especially great because the weather is very cold here, and the heater in our current house is awful, it stays about 55-60 degrees during the day now inside and the homes on base have amazing heating ... hee hee
Well that's all for now, I'm going to lay down and drink some hot chocolate until my son wakes up from his nap.. ugh lol
